About the Products

Why is Cherokee Hair more expensive than drugstore brands?

Real essential oils, imported directly from the countries where they grow. No fillers, no synthetic preservatives, no cutting agents. Small-batch costs more, and it's the reason the formulas work.

Will Cherokee Hair work for my hair type?

Yes. The formulas are designed around what plants do to follicles, which is the same in every body. Cherokee Hair customers include people with natural, relaxed, color-treated, fine, coarse, and locked hair.

Is this safe for color-treated, relaxed, or chemically-processed hair?

Yes. Every Cherokee Hair formula is free of sulfates, parabens, and aggressive detergents that strip color or weaken relaxed bonds. Many customers use Cherokee Hair as a bridge between salon visits.

Can men use Cherokee Hair?

Yes. The formulas aren't gendered; they're designed around what plants do to follicles, which is the same in every body. Men come to Cherokee Hair for thinning crowns, receding hairlines, and scalp health.

Is it safe for babies or children?

The Grow Green Shampoo, In Mint Conditioner, and Native Infusion oil are gentle enough for newborns with cradle cap and children up to school age. We recommend patch-testing on a small area first.

Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Several of our formulas contain essential oils (rosemary, peppermint) that healthcare professionals sometimes recommend avoiding during pregnancy. Please consult your provider before starting any new regimen.

Results & Use

How long until I see results?

Most customers see new growth in the first few weeks of consistent use. Edge restoration takes several months. Hair grows on its own timeline; consistency matters more than intensity.

How long does one bottle last?

Depending on use frequency, most customers refill every 4 to 8 weeks. The Subscribe & Save plan times refills automatically so you're never out mid-regimen.

Can I use multiple Cherokee Hair products together?

Yes, and most regimens are designed to layer. Shampoo first, condition, then oil on damp roots and lengths. Targeted growth serums go on the scalp last.

Do you offer samples?

We don't sell samples. Kits start at $62 and come as complete rituals because that's where the results come from.

Shipping & Returns

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days from our small studio. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your package leaves us.

What's the return policy?

All sales are final because every formula is hand-mixed in small batches. If your package arrives damaged or lost in transit, contact us at cherokeehairproducts@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to the United States and 27 international countries via USPS or DHL Express. Add items to your cart and enter your address at checkout to see available rates.

Subscriptions

How does Subscribe & Save work?

Pick a product, pick a delivery cadence, and save 15% on every shipment. Most customers set theirs to match how often they refill.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime, from your customer account. No phone calls, no email back-and-forth.
